Eaton’s 2019 EAS Users Training Event will bring together industry professional users of Eaton’s energy automation solutions products and solutions on October 22-24 at the Radisson Blu – Mall of America, located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Hotel information

The Training and Technical Showcase fees do not include hotel rooms. Eaton has negotiated a rate of $204 single/double per night at the Radisson Blu – Mall of America for Training and Technical showcase attendees. In-room Wi-Fi is provided at no additional charge.

Shipping and receiving is opening Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and provides storage, pick-up and transfer of materials (less than 200 pounds) from any location within the hotel.

Any materials shipped to the hotel may not arrive earlier than two days prior to the function and may not remain longer than two days after the function.

Exhibitor set-up information: 

• Exhibitors are responsible for their own set-up and teardown.
• If an exhibitor would like to contribute a door prize, winners will be announced during the Wednesday dinner.
  • Sponsor will keep door prize at their booth.
  • To enter prize drawings, attendees must register with the exhibitor at their booth.
  • Exhibitor must select winner and let Megan Freeman know winner by 5 p.m. Wednesday evening if winner will be announced during Wednesday dinner.

Exhibitor space at the Radisson Blu will be open for set-up 5 - 7 a.m.Wednesday morning. Public power professionals are expected to arrive beginning at 7 a.m. and be on the premises until 5 p.m. Thursday evening.

Exhibitors may begin tear-down of booths at 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 24th. Exhibitors who tear down early may not be invited to exhibit at future Eaton events.

Exhibitor hours

Exhibitor hours are Wednesday and Thursday. It is mandatory that exhibitors set up prior to breakfast each day.

Exhibitor tables will be located in the skyway area.

Since there are no designated exhibit hours, meal times and between-sessions breaks are the best opportunity to network with attendees.
